Delete your account

For the Comic Vault: Grade & Value app on Google Play

You can delete your Comic Vault account and all of its data at any time, either in the app or by emailing us. You don't need to reinstall the app to make a request.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

Open Comic Vault and go to the Account tab.
Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete account.
Type DELETE and tap Delete. Your account is removed right away.

Option 2: By email (no app needed)

Email comicvaultcontact@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, using the subject "Delete my Comic Vault account". If you write from a different address, tell us the sign-in email so we can find your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details
Your entire collection: every book, grade, value, price paid and note
All cover photo thumbnails
Your scan history, purchase records and any remaining scans

Nothing is kept afterward, except copies that may remain briefly in our providers' routine backups and security logs before they are overwritten. See our Privacy Policy for details.

If you have a subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. To stop future charges, cancel it first in the Google Play Store app: tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Comic Vault → Cancel subscription.
